Besoa Valley

The highest gardens we source from, in a valley ringed by the Besoa megalithic sites. At 1,200–1,300 masl the cherries ripen slowly, which locks the sweetness in tighter. We process it naturally — whole cherries dried in the sun — to lift the fruit and floral side. Brighter and more aromatic than our other Lore coffees. We strongly recommend a V60 to let the aroma open up.
